Good grief! We have a technology agenda that could crush any start-up. But then, we are not the typical start-up. To the outsider, we are all over the map with too many projects underway at the same time. But, for those who know what's cooking at FohBoh, and those that know us, it's just how we work. We are focused on juggling a massive integrated social media engine targeting the foodservice industry. And, we are in a frickin' hurry.
Beginning with a vision of community, we invented foodservice social media with FohBoh.com, which went live November 1, 2007. We've always had a sense of what was needed next. But, then 2008-2009 got in our way and that changed everything.
Media is changing and trade magazines are disappearing in favor of new business models that can make a trade magazine obsolete. Just moving print online doesn't work.
So, what's next for foodservice industry news? A new restaurant magazine? Nope. A new online magazine? Unlikely. What's next is FohBoh News™ - FohBoh Restaurant News™.
